Strategy based role allowing me to transition to primarily a problem solver for Data Services.

Responsibilities included meeting with clients both externally and internally to deliver new metrics which could provide insights geared towards driving revenue.

Projects of Note:

· Shopper/ Payment/ Checkout Abandonment Reporting

- Requirements Gathering From Stake Holders: Listened to the needs of the internal persons to

understand key concepts and metrics reporting needed to highlight

- Provided wireframe mockups of visuals as well as functionality within proposed designs

- Data Pipeline Requirements to Data Services Engineers outline what had been learned from

meetings with the Stake Holders and Application Development Team

- Visual Dashboards Requirements for BI Engineers outlining look, feel and functionality.

- End result showcased clearly to leadership the flow and abandonment of shoppers from Visits,

to Shopping Carts, To Payment Methods/ Checkouts, To Confirmation Pages, To Success and

Failures

· Subscription Reporting

- Project lead for Data Services team and was the liaison to the Subscription Development Team

to learn what functionality the platform had and then decide on what to report on

- Competitor / Market Analysis of which competitors were using which functionality and

whether they were applicable to our possible

- Data Pipeline Design Wrote all specifications for Data Services Engineers to extract data from

platform location

- Dashboard Design Highlight Subscription Specific KP - Cohort Analysis - Renewal Rates - Retention Rates - Cancellation Rates

- Payment Failure Reason
