Client Reporting Design

Project Description: As part of the migration to a new reporting application, an upgrade to the reports available was also needed, which meant new security for SSO as well as more efficient and intuitive ways for clients to access and use reporting.

Role: Manager of Data Services and Delivery

• Architected security model for access to report application
• Lead client focused conversations on data discovery and usage
• Designed essential subject areas to provide clients, both external and internal, access to consolidated reporting offering the immediate insights
• Executive reporting - summary level KPIs
• Payments reporting - authorization rates, by method, by services
• Subscription reporting - renewal rates, recurring revenue forecasting, cancellation rates
• Transactional - customer details (both PII and non-PII)
• Created statement of work process customized reporting allowing for clients to gain additional functionality while providing revenue opportunities for our team
