Subscription Reporting

Project Description: Client reporting didn’t exist for what was quickly becoming the industry standard for software purchasing.

Role: Solution Architect

• Project lead for Data Services team and was the liaison to the Subscription Development team to learn what functionality the platform had and then decide on what to report on.
• Competitor/Market Analysis of which competitors were using which functionality and whether they were applicable to our possible
• Data Pipeline Design Wrote all specifications for Data Services engineers to extract data from platform location became subject matter expert on platform functionality
• Database Design for storing of data to be reported on table structure, indexing, retention
• Dashboard design highlight subscription specific KPI
• Cohort Analysis
• Renewal Rates
• Retention Rates
• Cancellation Rates
• Payment Failure Reason
• Face of Data Services Reporting and walked clients through reports and worked through explanation of reports and took in feature requests
